Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3)

Our Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) is a pre-apprenticeship program that introduces participants to various trades and provides foundational skills that are essential for success in any apprenticeship program.

The MC3 program includes training in:

• Basic construction skills
• Safety protocols and certifications
• Math and blueprint reading
• Eco-friendly building practices
• Diversity and inclusion in the workplace
• The benefit of Union Membership and the value of a Skilled and Trained Workforce
